Order Cancellation
You are allowed to cancel your order before it has been shipped or made. Full refunds will be given for cancellations made in this timeframe. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Do not send your returns to the manufacturer. Shipping charges will only be applied once for returns; restocking fees are not charged.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the payment method used during purchase within several days.
